We are looking for a Global Key Account Manager to join our enthusiastic, supportive, and driven team. The position consists of managing the overall business objectives, goals, strategies, and sales responsibilities of selected strategic accounts. They will also be responsible for focusing on business development. The GKAM will be ensuring strategic and tactical objectives are achieved for the selected customers. This position will establish and maintain favorable customer relations at all engineering design level to design in technology on current and future production parts but will also be involved at the local plant level to help roll out new processes. This position will be the focal point for all customer interaction, global in scope, and will be responsible for total customer relationship management. The GKAM will also maintain high communication and involvement within the organization. Strong relationships with the global internal team (management, RD&E, customer service, plant sales, etc.) are necessary.
