Your tasks
- You support the build-up and further development of a structured PMO framework for P&C Solutions, thereby contributing to the introduction of consistent methods, templates, and governance structures.
- By helping define project standards, timelines, and reporting processes, you ensure that projects and initiatives are planned and managed according to clear guidelines.
- You ensure consistency across all P&C projects and initiatives by applying standards, coordinating processes, and contributing to the comparability of projects.
- In the planning and coordination of global P&C initiatives such as Job Architecture, Performance Cycle, or Total Rewards, you make an important contribution to key HR transformation initiatives.
- You track project progress, milestones, and risks across multiple initiatives and ensure that deviations are identified early and communicated transparently.
- You also prepare status updates and management reports for the leadership team, thereby contributing to transparency and decision-making up to KGF level.
- You build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance and outcomes, providing a reliable data basis for project management.
- In addition, you support the analysis of project data and key metrics, such as progress, bottlenecks, or resource utilization, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- You coordinate alignment with global and regional stakeholders, prepare communication materials, presentations, and decision papers, and support workshops and alignment meetings.
Your Profile
- You hold a successfully completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have first experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination and have ideally already contributed to projects where planning, tracking, and reporting played an important role.
- With your strong analytical skills, you are able to structure, evaluate, and translate data into meaningful reports.
- You have good knowledge of digital tools and ideally first experience with dashboards or reporting tools to present information in a transparent and targeted way.
- Your working style is structured, accurate, and reliable; at the same time, you act proactively and keep an overview even when managing several topics at once.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and interact professionally with different stakeholders.
- You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and value close collaboration with colleagues from different regions and functions.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
