Responsibilities

1. 海外供应商开发与导入
- 负责欧洲及海外核心设备与服务供应商开发、评估与导入
- 建立PCS、PPC、EMS、变压器、中压设备、服务商等关键供应链资源池
- 推动供应商技术、质量、认证、ESG及交付能力审核
- 建立供应商准入及分级管理机制
2. 采购与商务管理
- 负责海外供应商询价、谈判、比价及采购策略制定
- 主导采购合同、框架协议及订单执行
- 管理交付周期、价格风险、付款条件及索赔事项
- 支持重大项目投标阶段供应链商务方案
3. 海外交付与供应链协同
- 协调供应商与内部产品、交付、质量、项目团队协同
- 推动海外项目设备交付与服务落地
- 管理关键项目供应风险与供应链异常
4. 海外服务体系建设
- 开发和管理commissioning、service、O&M等海外服务商资源
- 建立海外服务商评估与管理体系
- 支持本地化售后及长期运维能力建设
5. 本地化制造与供应链战略支持
- 支持欧洲本地化制造及未来建厂供应链准备
- 研究欧洲本地供应链布局、成本结构及政策要求
- 建立本地供应链长期合作体系
Qualifications
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，电气、电力电子、供应链、工程或商务相关专业优先
- 3年以上新能源、电力设备、储能、PCS、EPC或工业设备采购/供应链经验
- 有欧洲本地供应链或海外采购经验优先
- Base德国，可接受欧洲范围出差
- 熟悉PCS、EMS、PPC、中压设备等储能系统核心设备优先
- 具备海外供应商开发及商务谈判能力
- 熟悉国际贸易、采购合同及供应链风险管理
- 具备跨部门协调和项目推动能力
- 具备供应链体系化建设思维
- 英语可作为工作语言
- 德语能力优先
