Merck Group is looking for a Life Science Global Strategic Accounts Senior Director to lead a global, matrixed team of Directors and Managers and drive long term growth across key strategic accounts. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Life Science Global Strategic Accounts, you will own the strategic direction, commercial performance, and customer engagement strategy, aligning regional commercial teams, franchises, and enterprise partners to deliver differentiated outcomes and deepen executive relationships. You will manage growth targets, revenue forecasting, and global contract and pricing negotiations, while guiding cross functional teams and governance across regions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Life Science, 5+ years of international people management, strong executive presence, data driven decision making, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
