JDE Peet’s is looking for a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Marketing to own the Creative and Production spend across a global brand portfolio, onsite in Utrecht and reporting to the Global Strategic Sourcing Director Indirect. You should bring 6+ years in marketing, creative, production or agency sourcing, with a proven track record negotiating with global agencies and production partners and delivering cost and value improvements in a fast paced international setting. Lead category planning for creative, digital content, influencer production, and studio models; build strategic supplier relationships; and bring market insights to Marketing, Brand and Finance. As Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Marketing, you'll own the sourcing strategies for a significant global marketing spend portfolio, with a primary focus on Creative and Production categories across JDE Peet’s global brand portfolio. Reporting to the Global Strategic Sourcing Director Indirect, you'll develop and execute robust sourcing strategies while building strong supplier partnerships that enable marketing excellence, innovation, agility, and value creation across the organisation.
This is a role for someone with sharp commercial instincts, deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, and strong expertise across creative, content production, and agency operating models. You will operate in a highly dynamic global matrix environment where strategic thinking, influence, and commercial impact are critical.
We are looking for a highly experienced procurement leader with strong marketing industry intelligence and a deep understanding of the global agency and production landscape, including creative agencies, production companies, digital content partners, influencer ecosystems, and emerging AI-enabled creative models. The successful candidate combines procurement excellence with strong marketing acumen and the ability to translate industry trends, agency economics, and evolving marketing models into competitive sourcing strategies and impactful negotiation outcomes.
