Oracle is hiring a GPU/AI Global Sales Regional Leader to drive AI cloud infrastructure opportunities across EMEA with a focus on MEA and France, onsite in the UAE. The role requires 8+ years in sales, 2–3 years in cloud infrastructure, multilingual English, Arabic, French, and ideally 1–2 years in cloud GPU sales, plus a proven ability to sell complex technical solutions, manage full sales cycles, and analyze margins. Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem and strong EMEA experience are essential. Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in the Cloud Infrastructure space.
  • Multilingual: English, Arabic and French.
  • 1-2 years of Cloud GPU sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions, with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure deployments including lead times, margin analysis, and market demand.
  • Strong technical depth, combined with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the large-scale AI Infrastructure ecosystem, including but not limited to NVIDIA, AMD, GPU OEMs, and neoclouds.
  • Proven success selling in EMEA and developing new business from the ground up.
  • Strong experience in territory planning, lead generation, opportunity management, and the execution of complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA AI community and government landscape, with a desire to build a new AI ecosystem with OCI at its center.

The primary responsibility is to sell AI cloud infrastructure and large-scale strategic cloud opportunities across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on MEA and France. 

The selected candidate will plan, identify, qualify, and close large-scale opportunities with the support of technical SMEs and local Oracle teams across EMEA. The candidate will manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from business development, prospecting, and solution scoping through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales handover to the delivery team
