Your rotations:

 

During your time at Ampol, you will join the manufacturing team and gain experience across Mechanical Engineering and Refinery Business Performance for your first two rotations. We are committed to supporting your development and value your feedback throughout the program, ensuring your rotations provide meaningful learning opportunities and help prepare you for your permanent placement.

 

About you

 

Our ideal candidate is motivated to develop technical, analytical, and project delivery skills across civil and structural engineering. You are proactive, curious and eager to gain hands-on experience in structural inspections, design, asset improvement and reliability-focused projects.

 

Qualification criteria

 

  • Must be a Citizen / Permanent Resident to be considered for this program
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil/Structural) and recently graduated
