Your rotations:

During your time at Ampol, you will join the manufacturing team and gain experience across E&I Engineering and Refinery Business Performance for your first two rotations. We are committed to supporting your development and value your feedback throughout the program, ensuring your rotations provide meaningful learning opportunities and help prepare you for your permanent placement.

About you

Our ideal candidate is motivated to build technical, analytical, and project delivery skills across Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering. You are eager to gain hands-on experience in automation, instrumentation design, fault finding and business improvement initiatives while developing a strong foundation for a career in engineering.

Qualification criteria

• Must be a Citizen / Permanent Resident to be considered for this program
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical) and recently graduated
