The program runs through alternating rotations across the manufacturing team, E&I Engineering and Refinery Business Performance, backed by tailored learning on LinkedIn Learning and interactive workshops to build your technical, analytical and project delivery skills. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with a recent Electrical Engineering degree. In your application, demonstrate hands on experience in automation, instrumentation design, fault finding and improvement initiatives, plus strong communication and collaboration.
