Eg is recruiting for its 2027 Graduate Engineer Program in Canberra, a two-year, full-time, onsite pathway designed for new Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineers to start February 2027. You’ll benefit from peer mentorship, hands-on project work across water, sustainability, urban development, building services and rail, plus professional development and networking through a global firm with local presence. Expect to collaborate across disciplines, produce documentation and reports, ensure QA, analyze data and assist senior engineers on live projects.
