Egis Group’s Graduate Engineer Program 2027 in Wellington invites graduates from Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical or Mechatronic and Electrical Engineering to join a two year onsite program that blends real project work with peer mentorship and structured professional development. You’ll contribute across Water, Facades and Sustainability, Urban Development, Building Engineering and Services, Road and Rail, collaborating with cross functional teams to produce documentation, ensure quality, analyze data and support project delivery.
