Optiver in Sydney seeks a Graduate Equity Analyst to join its Equity Options Trading team and drive research-driven trading from day one. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a willingness to take calculated risks, ready to collaborate with Traders, Quant Researchers and Developers to spot opportunities and influence desk PnL. You’ll train via the Optiver academy, think probabilistically and perform scenario analysis on catalysts, and help grow the core research function.
