BlueScope is seeking a Graduate Finance Analyst to join the Performance, Reporting & Risk team based in Mascot and Port Kembla, supporting the Australian Steel Products portfolio in a large, complex manufacturing environment. You will contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, prepare journals and reconciliations, and translate financial data into clear insights while partnering with Legal, Commercial and Safety to drive performance. The role offers structured learning and the chance to build technical and commercial capability from day one. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Accounting or Commerce, are willing to pursue CA or CPA, and have strong Excel skills plus a genuine curiosity about how the business operates. As part of the broader Australian Steel Products (ASP) portfolio, you’ll support a complex, large-scale manufacturing environment that delivers innovative solutions to domestic and export markets.
