Our 24-month Global Graduate Programme offers a unique and personalized journey within our Finance & Controlling organisations. You’ll gain hands-on experience through high-impact projects, benefit from exposure to top management, and receive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development every step of the way.
What you can look forward to
During your Global Graduate Programme you will:
- Dive into different functions and areas within Finance and Controlling through international rotations
- Plan, analyse, steer and report financial core data to support management decisions
- Work on interdisciplinary projects together with e.g. Operational Excellence or Digital Transformation. The projects will be diverse and mostly with global impact and you will have plenty of chances to present your results to senior leaders
- Actively work on your development and your own career path, while being guided and supported by your mentor
- Participate in global trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual programme
- Additionally, you will be part of our Global Graduate Network
What makes you a great fit:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- An excellent degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with focus on process optimization, strategy and/or analytics
- First professional & international experience in relevant fields (e.g. through internships)
- Funded MS Office skills as well as a basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO); Ideally you have first experience in operations-controlling and/or with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, any additional language (such as German or Spanish) would be a plus
- A high level of motivation to learn, develop, and grow within our organization.
