WSP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Landscape Architect - Emirati National to join our team in the UAE. This role is dedicated to supporting landscape design, planning, and environmental projects across the region. As part of our commitment to Emiratization, we are looking for a highly driven Emirati National who is passionate about landscape architecture, sustainability, and the built environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience, work alongside industry experts, and develop a strong foundation for a long-term career at WSP.

  • Support the preparation of landscape design packages, drawings, and presentations. 
  • Assist senior landscape architects with concept, schematic, and detailed design stages. 
  • Conduct site visits, collect data, and support project documentation. 
  • Contribute to the development of planting plans, softscape and hardscape details. 
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and coordination with other disciplines. 
  • Assist in preparing reports, technical notes, and project deliverables. 
  • Conduct research on materials, sustainability practices, plant species, and regional landscape trends. 
  • Ensure all work complies with WSP quality standards and project requirements
  • UAE National (with valid Family Book).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture (Landscape Track), Environmental Design, or related field.
  • Strong interest in landscape design, sustainability, and the natural environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, or other design tools (training will be provided).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to support multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
