This is AECOM’s 2026 Graduate Program for UAE Nationals holding a valid family book, a site‑based MEP role in Ras Al Khaimah that blends design review with on‑site delivery. You’ll review architectural shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct routine site inspections, coordinate MEP and structure interfaces, support BIM clash resolution, and help with snagging, reporting, and coordination meetings while upholding safety and sustainability standards. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical, 2025 or 2026 graduate status, a minimum GPA of 2.8, and Emiratisation with a family book. Apply with a tailored CV (highlight IFC compliance, shop drawing critique, on‑site impact, BIM or digital tools), cite relevant internships or projects, and be prepared for a mandatory Day 1 onboarding.
