As a Graduate Software Developer you’ll work with experienced engineers to build and support software that underpins Orica’s operations, with hybrid work options (two days from home) and relocation assistance. What you can expect:
As a Graduate – Software Developer you will gain hands-on experience supporting the development of innovative software solutions that enable Orica’s global operations.
You’ll work alongside experienced developers, learning how technology supports business performance while building your coding, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. You’ll develop your technical capability while gaining exposure to real projects and modern development practices.
Based in our Welshpool office, this role runs Monday to Friday with a hybrid working model, including two days working from home, giving you the flexibility to learn, collaborate, and shape your future.
This role will be based at our Welshpool Office in Perth, WA, where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry experts in a collaborative and innovative environment.
