What you’ll do 

As a Graduate Systems Engineer at Aurecon, you’ll: 

  • Own your career while growing your skills through workshops and self-paced learning 

  • Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills on live client projects 

  • Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design  

  • Learn from technical experts and mentors through hands-on guidance  

  • Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership  

  • Connect through Limelight, our early careers network 

What you’ll bring 

  • A relevant degree in Mechatronics, Electronic, Systems, Mechanical Engineering or double degree (completed or near completion) 

  • Graduated and available to start full-time in early February 2027 

  • Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems 

  • Strong communication skills and a team-orientated mindset 

  • Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability
