Emirates NBD is seeking UAE national graduates for a Graduate Trainee – Marketing: Arabic Content Specialist to support the development, translation and refinement of Arabic content across products and customer communications, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and alignment with the bank’s brand voice. You will adapt English content into natural Arabic, apply the bank’s verbal expression guidelines, contribute to content governance and responsibly use AI tools to lift quality. The role requires a bachelor’s in Arabic, Translation, Journalism, Communications or a related field and 1–3 years in Arabic content work, plus strong written Arabic and MS Office skills. Job Overview:

As an Arabic Content Specialist within Brand Marketing at Emirates NBD, your role is to support the development, translation, review and refinement of Arabic content across customer communications and marketing initiatives. Working closely with business marketing teams, you will help ensure Arabic content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, contextually appropriate, and aligned with the bank’s brand positioning, tone of voice and Arabic verbal expression guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support business marketing teams in creating, translating and refining Arabic content across products, campaigns and customer communications.
• Review and edit Arabic copy to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, clarity and premium expression before publication.
• Apply Emirates NBD’s Arabic verbal expression guidelines and ensure content reflects the bank’s brand positioning and tone of voice.
• Adapt English content into natural, compelling Arabic that resonates with customers while preserving the intended message.
• Use AI tools responsibly to assist with content creation, proofreading, editing, research and content development while ensuring final output quality.
• Contribute to content governance and quality assurance by supporting consistency across Arabic customer touchpoints.
• Continuously strengthen knowledge of brand strategy, verbal expression and Arabic content best practices to grow into an Arabic content custodian.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Translation, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Arabic content writing, translation, copywriting or editorial roles is preferred.

   

• Excellent command of written Arabic, with strong knowledge of grammar, spelling and the ability to write clear and concise Arabic content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, to support clean content layout production and document formatting.
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, and the ability to use them effectively to support content creation and proofreading.
