The Analyst, Retail Performance Management will manage incentive compensation and performance reporting for Retail Banking Sales, Call Center and IIS. He/She will have to work with different stakeholders across the bank and act as a trusted business partner to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities. Knowledge is MS Excel pivot tables and function is preferential.
The Analyst will have the following Job responsibilities:
Performance Analytics and Business Insights
• Manage the performance reporting and incentives for Retail Banking Sales, IIS and Call Center.
• Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets, identify actionable insights and provide recommendations.
• Develop intelligent analyses backed by quantitative data that guide strategic business decisions.
• Analyze sales results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
• Generate key dashboards for Sales, Business Planning, and Product Management.
• Maintain healthy staff participation and cost of acquisition through continuous monitoring.
Budgeting and Control
• Prepare and monitor incentive budgets for respective channels and segments in line with over all objectives of the bank.
• Calibrate the incentive plans by using various models (such as NPV) to obtain desired incentive to revenue percentage.
• Implement robust controls and processes to mitigate risks associated with incentive computation process.
• Provide support and work in collaboration with Finance, HR and Audit with regards to governance.
Stakeholder management
• Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders to understand their objectives, priorities and how data driven customer insights can help them in making informed and optimum decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and to monitor the sales agent’s overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
• Run and participate in various meetings and conference calls with a wide range of participants.
Strategic
• Provide strategic support to Group Companies by reviewing their existing performance management plans. Present findings to the management, propose and implement changes in line with the XCEED platform.
• Boost sales performance by launching tactical sales enhancement programs and contests.
• Work towards digitization of manual dashboards by using latest technologies such as SAS and Power BI.
