Job Summary:The Group Corporate Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records across multiple entities within the group. This role supports group-level reporting, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and statutory compliance, ensuring consistency and reliability in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of group reporting packs, including financial analysis and commentary.
• Maintain general ledger entries across entities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance teams.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process Account Payable accounts timely and accurately.
• Process Account Receivable accounts timely and accurately.
Compliance & Audit Support:
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Liaise with finance teams, auditors, and external advisors to ensure alignment and timely reporting.
• Provide accounting support and guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Qualified accountant (preferred experiences in German or / and Swiss GAAPs).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in finance/accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling • Strong attention to details, problem solving ability and communication skills.
