JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Strategy Execution & Business Alignment

  • Translate business and technology strategy into clear, outcome-driven execution priorities 

  • Ensure all major initiatives are aligned to measurable business value (revenue, cost, CX, efficiency) 

  • Drive clarity of ownership, success measures, and expected outcomes across leadership 

 

B. Organizational Performance & Insight

  • Establish a single, executive-level view of performance across Logistics Technology 

  • Synthesize inputs from Product, Engineering, and PMO into actionable insights for leadership 

  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and trade-offs; recommend corrective actions 

 

C. Cross-Functional Integration & Execution Effectiveness

  • Align Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, HR, and PMO to operate as an integrated system 

  • Resolve cross-functional friction, misalignment, and prioritization conflicts 

  • Act as a neutral operator to ensure decisions translate into execution 

 

D. Financial & Operational Discipline

  • Drive financial rigor across budgeting, forecasting, and cost management 

  • Ensure alignment between investment decisions and business outcomes 

  • Oversee headcount planning, vendor spend alignment, and resource optimization 

 

E. Executive Operating Cadence & Decision Support

  • Run the leadership operating rhythm (business reviews, performance discussions, strategic forums) 

  • Prepare decision-ready insights for EVP and leadership team (trade-offs, capacity, priorities) 

  • Ensure leadership discussions are outcome-focused and lead to clear actions 

 

F. Organizational Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify structural inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across the organization 

  • Drive adoption of consistent ways of working across domains 

  • Enable a culture of accountability, transparency, and outcome ownership

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field 

  • MBA or equivalent preferred 

 

Experience

  • 12–18 years in strategy, operations, or transformation roles within technology organizations 

  • Experience working in large, complex, global environments 

  • Proven ability to operate at executive level (CIO/CTO/EVP interface) 

  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment and organizational transformation
