La Petite Maison is seeking an Operational Finance Manager who will own performance forecasting, P&L analysis, and KPI reporting across regions, partnering with Operations to turn numbers into practical actions that protect guest experience. You will report to the CFO and bridge Finance and Operations across global locations, translating insights into options and trade-offs, while supporting budgeting cycles, cost-control initiatives, and menu pricing with scenario planning. The ideal candidate has FP&A or operational finance experience in hospitality or multi-site environments, is commercially minded, a precise communicator, and comfortable traveling to sites. To apply, tailor your CV to hospitality FP&A, quantify cost savings and productivity gains, and showcase cross-functional collaboration and clear storytelling.

At LPM, we don’t just serve world-class Mediterranean cuisine — we build the performance behind it. We are looking for a Operational Finance Manager who ensures financial discipline, operational efficiency, and performance consistency across the Group.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the bridge between Finance and Operations across our global locations. This is not a “report the past” position. Your job is to turn numbers into direction — clear insights, clear actions, measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Own performance and forecasting

  • Lead financial modelling, P&L analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting across regions.

  • Track KPIs and convert results into practical recommendations.

Improve operational profitability

  • Analyse labour costs, productivity, food cost drivers, wastage, and margin performance.

  • Identify what’s driving variances and work with Operations to correct them.

Partner with Operations

  • Support operational leaders in achieving business objectives without compromising guest experience.

  • Contribute to budgeting cycles, cost-control initiatives, and operational improvement plans.

Influence commercial decisions

  • Provide the “so what” to leadership: clear conclusions, options, and trade-offs.

  • Support menu engineering and pricing strategy through data-led insights and scenario planning.

Who You Are

  • Strong background in FP&A / operational finance, ideally in hospitality, F&B, retail, or multi-site environments.

  • Commercially minded: you understand restaurants as operating systems, not just cost centres.

  • Direct, structured communicator with strong attention to detail.

  • Agile and hands-on; comfortable travelling to support locations on the ground.

Why LPM

We offer a culture that is sophisticated yet energetic, global yet connected. We value authenticity, ownership, and performance, but mostly we invest in people who raise the bar.

  • Medical insurance

  • Parking slot

  • End-of-year bonus based on business and individual performance

  • Travel opportunities (role-related)

  • Career development opportunities

  • Collaborative and vibrant work environment
