Summerset is seeking a Group Operations Manager to drive operational and commercial performance across all villages in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki regions, with regular travel and regional base. You’ll join the Operations Leadership Team, partnering with Village Managers to lift performance, uphold high standards of presentation and care, support new village development and ensure resident needs inform service and design decisions, while building health sector relationships and leading cross functional projects. About the role
As a Group Operations Manager, you’ll lead the operational and business performance of all Summerset villages across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty & Taranaki regions. You’ll be part of our Operations Leadership Team, working alongside Village Managers and senior leaders across clinical, development, property, sales, and support teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences and strong commercial outcomes.
This is a role with significant scope and influence — from improving existing operations to helping shape and grow new villages in your region. You’ll represent the Summerset brand, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure our villages remain vibrant, high quality communities where residents can truly thrive.
This role is regionally based and requires regular travel across your portfolio.
