Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience working with infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and software as a service (SaaS) architecture, Cloud platform solutions or virtualization technologies.
  • Current and active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute a cohesive product strategy for Google Cloud products in sovereign verticals, collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Identify market opportunities and build business cases to define the product goal and strategy for sovereignty initiatives.
  • Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth to inform product development.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and infrastructure, to define and deliver on key product solutions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and build business relationships to execute on the market potential of bringing Google Cloud technologies to the sovereign market.
