At TAL, the Group Service Experience Analyst is a full time onsite role based in Melbourne or Sydney that translates member and partner feedback into practical service improvements across Group Underwriting and Operations. You will link customer insights with governance, identify trends and risks, drive remediation of complaints and incidents, and simplify ways of working through clear documentation and stakeholder alignment. Bring 2–4 years in business analysis, complaints, or operations in financial services or life insurance, with a demonstrated ability to turn data into action and build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
