You’ll manage inquiries from first contact to post‑event follow‑up, convert leads into bookings, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate with operations for delivery while acting as the main client contact before, during and after events to drive repeat business. Requirements include a bachelor’s or relevant experience in sales events or hospitality; MICE experience preferred; strong local market knowledge; excellent communication and organizational skills; Opera and Delphi familiarity; English required; UAE driving license a plus; Ras Al Khaimah base. If you love turning ideas into well-run events and building strong client relationships, we want you on our Sales & Marketing team as a Groups & Events Executive. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Manage groups and events enquiries from initial contact through to post-event follow-up
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed business in line with revenue and room night targets
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth handover and flawless event delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
• Host clients on event days and gather feedback to support repeat business
• Maintain sales action plans, client databases, and correspondence records
• Support promotions, marketing initiatives, mass mailings, and sales activities
• Assist with budgeting, business planning, and sales reporting
• Identify new accounts, feeder markets, and revenue opportunities
