Hover is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own organic growth across SEO and GEO, building the roadmap and partnering with Engineering, Product and Design to drive discovery and pipeline in a fast growing B2B PropTech environment. You’ll lead technical SEO improvements, shape content for contractor and insurance buyer journeys, implement scalable editorial processes, and establish reporting that ties organic activity to leads and revenue while tracking AI driven search trends. For your application, highlight 4-6 years of hands on SEO and content strategy with measurable impact, cross functional wins, and tool fluency (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC); include a plan outlining 2 to 3 initiatives, and show readiness for a hybrid NYC or SF hub role and enthusiasm for GEO and AI search capabilities.

This is an opportunity to own one of the most strategic growth channels at Hover. You'll lead our organic search strategy across both traditional SEO and the emerging world of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping ensure customers discover Hover whether they're searching on Google or asking AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature program. You'll build the roadmap, establish best practices, partner across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design, and create an organic growth engine that compounds over time.
Preferred Qualifications
Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000 - $192,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
