GTM Chief of Staff
RiotRiot is a product‑first startup on a mission to grow cybersecurity culture. Its platform delivers four‑minute, chat‑based courses and then simulates phishing attacks to train employees in a safe environment. Since 2020, Riot has raised 30m from top investors such as Y Combinator, Left Lane, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital, and now protects more than 500,000 employees across more than 1,000 companies worldwide, including Intercom, Deel and Deezer. Cybersecurity touches everyone every day, and the company is dedicated to fixing the culture that hackers try to exploit.
The GTM Chief of Staff role sits close to Riot’s revenue engine, working directly with Clément, the VP of Sales & Partnerships, and the broader revenue leadership team. It’s a strategic role that blends running revenue processes with building key projects to help Riot scale efficiently, and it’s based in Paris with a hybrid working setup.
It’s a fit for someone who loves cross‑functional collaboration, is motivated by Riot’s mission, and wants to shape how a growth‑stage company goes to market while keeping a strong eye on impact and execution.
Day‑to‑day momentum in Riot's GTM engine
You will help shape the operating rhythm of the revenue organization, coordinating routines like forecasting, pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, sales kick‑offs and board meetings. You’ll partner with Finance on headcount planning, capacity models and ramp assumptions, ensuring decisions are backed by the right data and surfaced to the right people at the right time. You’ll also support the VP of Sales & Partnerships on strategic priorities, board materials and leadership alignment, while driving collaboration between Revenue and cross‑functional teams such as Product, Finance and HR.
In addition, you’ll lead strategic GTM projects. This includes identifying and activating partnerships with channel partners and resellers to reach new segments and geographies, steering GTM strategy for new products or markets (including pricing), and shaping the full learning journey for the sales team, from onboarding to ongoing product updates. You’ll build playbooks and frameworks that help sales managers lead more effectively and design compensation structures across the sales organization, with more topics likely to follow as Riot grows.

Advice for applicants
Your resume should foreground strategy and operations experience in fast‑growing tech, especially cases where you turned uncertain briefs into concrete actions and measurable outcomes.
When you describe your must‑have skills, include concrete examples of market sizing, business case development, and data‑driven decision making that influenced GTM choices or cross‑functional alignment.
For interviews, be ready for four steps: a screening call with a Talent Acquisition Manager, a manager fit interview with Clément, a business case presented to Clément and Sylvia (VP Finance), and a cultural fit with the cofounders, Benjamin and Louis. Build a concise narrative that ties your work to revenue impact and cross‑functional collaboration.
Ask a thoughtful question about Riot’s GTM partnerships strategy or how pricing and incentives are framed for new products and markets, showing you’ve thought about scale and alignment across the revenue organization.
