We're looking for a tech-minded GTM Engineer to architect and scale our revenue operations as we grow across European markets. You'll be the strategic bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Service, ensuring these teams operate as a unified revenue engine rather than isolated functions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who builds systems that scale. You'll own our revenue technology stack, drive process optimization, and leverage AI-powered automation to create a competitive advantage in our niche market.

Key responsibilities

Cross-Functional Revenue Enablement

  • Design and maintain seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams

  • Eliminate friction points in the customer journey from first touch to renewal

  • Build the operational framework that enables teams to collaborate effectively at speed

Revenue Technology & Architecture

  • Own HubSpot as our central 360° customer intelligence platform

  • Implement and optimize AI-driven tools (such as Clay and n8n) to automate workflows and surface actionable insights

  • Build a reporting infrastructure that provides real-time visibility into pipeline health and revenue metrics

Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Navigate competing priorities across commercial and technical stakeholders

  • Translate complex operational requirements into clear business outcomes for leadership

  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools through influence and demonstrated value

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a RevOps / GTME engineering role within B2B SaaS environments

  • Proven track record scaling operations in niche or specialized markets

  • Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations)

  • Practical experience implementing AI automation tools such as Clay, n8n, or comparable platforms

  • Demonstrated success managing stakeholders across technical and commercial functions

  • Process architecture: you build frameworks that work today and adapt for tomorrow

  • Data fluency: you're comfortable in spreadsheets, APIs, and analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in European markets

  • Exposure to high-ACV deal cycles and complex buying committees

  • Familiarity with modern GTM technology ecosystems beyond HubSpot

  • Experience building RevOps functions during hypergrowth or transformation phases
