Eye-Able is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to evolve outbound list infrastructure into a scalable, international top of funnel engine. You will own enrichment depth, data quality, ICP signals and intent-based prioritization, design enrichment and scoring logic across Clay and data providers, and build workflows and automations with n8n, APIs, and webhooks while ensuring clean routing and HubSpot synchronization. This is a builder role focused on real revenue impact, not RevOps admin. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in GTM or Growth Ops, hands-on Clay and HubSpot experience, an automation mindset, and comfort with Python or AI workflows; fluent in German and English. This is a builder role. Not RevOps admin. Not campaign marketing.
What You’ll Own
Optimize and scale our existing outbound list infrastructure
Increase enrichment depth and data quality across markets
Turn ICP + signals + intent data into prioritized, sales-ready opportunities
Design and refine enrichment and scoring logic (Clay & data providers)
Build and maintain workflows and automations (n8n, APIs, webhooks)
Ensure clean routing, segmentation, and CRM sync (HubSpot)
Continuously test new AI tools, scripts, and workflows to increase leverage
Your goal: turn a working outbound system into a scalable, international TOFU engine.

What You Bring
2–5 years in GTM, Growth Ops, RevOps, or similar builder roles
Hands-on experience with Clay and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Automation mindset (n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks)
Strong understanding of modern B2B outbound and signal-based GTM
Comfortable working with structured data and enrichment logic
Python or AI workflow experience is a strong plus
High ownership, speed, and bias for action
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
