We’re trusted by leading organisations worldwide, including Magic Circle law firms, major banks, and global corporates. Our events, such as LogicallyDrafted in London, New York, and Chicago, bring together senior leaders in legal operations, innovation, and technology to explore how automation and AI are reshaping legal work.
Avvoka is in an exciting growth phase - evolving from a bootstrapped start-up to a scale-up, with 60% growth in headcount and over 70% organic revenue growth in the past year. As we expand globally, we’re looking for an Events & Community Co-ordinator to drive Avvoka’s growing events portfolio and client engagement community - someone who can turn every Avvoka event into a polished, memorable experience that reflects our innovative, professional, and people-first culture.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys both creative planning and meticulous execution. You’ll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and hosting Avvoka’s global events - from large-scale LogicallyDrafted conferences to intimate client roundtables, webinars, and partner-led sessions.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure every event drives brand awareness, deepens client relationships, and creates commercial opportunities. You’ll also take ownership of Avvoka’s user and partner community, fostering collaboration and thought leadership across our network.
Your focus will be on delivering events that blend substance with style - insightful discussions on legal technology, automation, and innovation, executed with the precision and professionalism Avvoka is known for.
You are an organised, energetic, and personable professional with a proven ability to plan and deliver exceptional business events. You combine creativity with operational rigour, balancing attention to detail with a sense of purpose and pace.
You are comfortable working with senior professionals - lawyers, innovation leads, and executives - and confident representing Avvoka in both formal and social settings. You thrive in a scale-up environment where initiative and ownership are valued, and you enjoy seeing the tangible impact of your work.
