We're looking for a commercially minded GTM Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive sales effectiveness, operational performance and strategic transformation across our APAC business.

Reporting directly to a Senior Leadership Team member, you'll partner with teams across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance and Marketing to deliver initiatives that improve performance, customer outcomes and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and wants to own high-visibility transformation programs in a highly matrixed global organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead operational improvement and business transformation initiatives across the GTM function

  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and efficiency gains

  • Support product launches, customer migration programs and adoption initiatives

  • Establish and monitor commercial and operational KPIs

  • Deliver insights and recommendations through data analysis and performance reporting

  • Lead governance forums and coordinate stakeholders across multiple business functions

  • Drive changes to processes, workflows and standard operating procedures

  • Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams to execute strategic priorities

  • Support business cases, ROI assessments and performance improvement initiatives

  • Improve customer adoption and help commercial teams maximise product success

About You

We're looking for someone with a combination of commercial acumen, analytical capability and project leadership experience.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence or Strategy Execution

  • Strong project management experience delivering complex business initiatives

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience improving business processes, workflows and operating models

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, automation or technology-enabled process improvement

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment

  • The ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges and proactively drive outcomes
