About the role
Internally known as our Go To Market State Lead (NSW), this role is responsible for driving regional activation of national go-to-market initiatives, ensuring local broker engagement, and tailoring execution to meet the needs of the regional market. This role serves as the face of the GTM function within the state, working closely with Sales Leaders, brokers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact sprints. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of broker-facing product rollouts, gather on-the-ground feedback, and ensure the successful handover to the sales team post-adoption.
