The guest agent welcomes guests, provides valet service, delivers luggage to the guests’ suite, and offers ongoing guest support.

Main responsibilities:

• Familiarization with the guest profile.
• Meet, greet, and open the door.
• Provide valet service for guests.
• Transport luggage to and from the guest’s suite.
• Ensure immaculate condition of guest cars.
• Ensure that the lobby is in pristine condition.

Requirements:

• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about Icelandic tourism and hospitality.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Immaculate grooming.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Dependability.
• Good English skills are a requirement; other language skills are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible working hours.

The position is based on a shift schedule.
