At McArthurGlen, we don’t just offer shopping; we create memorable days out. We're looking for a naturally warm, brilliantly organised Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Centre Management team at the Roermond Designer Outlet.

In this role, you won’t just answer questions; you’ll anticipate guest needs before they’ve even asked. As the face of our Visitor Information Centre, you’ll lead by example, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, connected, and inspired. If you’re passionate about luxury service and love creating those "wow" moments that make a guest's day, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and motivating the Guest Experience Team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and personalised support.
  • Driving guest satisfaction, engagement, and commercial performance.
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Information Centre.
  • Supporting team development, recruitment, training, and performance.
  • Working collaboratively with Centre Management, Marketing, Tourism, and Brand Partners to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Multilingual: You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), proficiency in an additional European language is highly valued.
  • A Natural Communicator: You enjoy connecting with people from all cultures and can build great relationships with brand partners and internal teams alike.
  • Composed & Pragmatic: You’re a problem-solver by nature, staying calm and professional when handling queries in a busy environment.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office to keep our data and records sharp.
  • Flexible: You understand that our most exciting times are weekends and bank holidays, and you’re happy to work a rota that covers the outlet's trading hours.
