As a true ambassador of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. As a Receptionist / Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming, assisting, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay, while supporting the smooth operation of the Front Office.

Your Responsibilities

Guest Reception & Guest Relations

  • Welcome, assist, and support guests throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special situations with professionalism, efficiency, and diplomacy.
  • Promote hotel services and provide recommendations on local attractions and activities.

Front Desk Operations

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, room changes, and special requests.
  • Monitor room status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and billing.

Telephone Reception & Guest Services

  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Arrange transportation, reservations, and other guest services.
  • Follow up on guest requests to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle cash and payment transactions and perform end-of-shift cash balancing procedures.
  • Update and maintain information in hotel management systems.
  • Prepare and verify reports related to the daily Front Office operation.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in Front Office, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Excellent presentation and strong hospitality mindset.
  • Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems; knowledge of Opera or another PMS is an advantage.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required; any additional language is a plus.
