About the Role

We are seeking a warm, energetic, organised, and customer focused Guest Experience Specialist to join our BYD North Lakes dealership in a full time position. This front of house role plays a key part in shaping every customer’s first impression of the business and supporting the smooth day to day operation of the dealership.

 

You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing enquiries, and supporting the sales and service teams to ensure each visit runs smoothly and professionally.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers on arrival and directing them to the right team members

  • Ensuring guests are offered beverage and snack options upon arrival

  • Answering phone and email enquiries in a professional manner

  • Managing appointment bookings and customer flow

  • Supporting sales and service teams with administrative tasks

  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Handling basic customer requests and follow ups

  • Updating customer records in internal systems

  • Assisting with general front of house duties

 

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service roles

  • A friendly and professional communication style

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Confidence working in a busy front of house environment

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Basic computer skills and system experience

  • A current driver licence
