Guest First Hospitality and Events roles at the Eden Project are zero hour, fixed term until January 2026, based onsite in Bodelva. We’re seeking kind, positive ambassadors who can engage visitors, build rapport, and deliver attentive customer service to leave guests inspired. The role pays £12.71 per hour, with reduced rates for younger ages, and includes training, 30 days pro rata leave, staff discounts, free Eden and Heligan entry for family and friends, wellbeing support, free parking, and a car share option. Hospitality Assistant, Events Assistant
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour (£8.20 per hour for 16-17 year olds, £10.85 per hour for 18-20 year olds)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an incredible project. As ambassadors for positive environmental action, help us to enhance our guest experience so that they leave site feeling inspired and valued. Support and training will be provided.
You will play a key role in providing an exceptional service by engaging with our visitors, forming a natural rapport and being attentive to their needs. You will have great people skills, be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with good attention to detail and are able to form positive working relationships with colleagues.

Interviews will take place on Saturday 24th October and will consist of group activities as well as individual interviews.
