About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a F&B Service Guest Relations Executive to join Amara Lounge in Jumeirah Living Marina Gate

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:  

  • Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and seamless introductions to service colleagues.
  • Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring a flawless experience through thoughtful planning and execution.
  • Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.
  • Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.
  • Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights.
  • Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with hotel management software, such as Opera cloud, is desired. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
