The role centers on personal recognition, VIP service, liaison with Concierge, Butler and Sofitel Club for events and special requests, preparing compendiums and amenities, updating repeat guest histories, and handling guest concerns with timely follow up. The ideal candidate holds a Tourism & Hotel Management degree, at least two years of guest relations experience in a luxury four or five-star hotel, and excellent English communication in a multicultural team.
