Accor is hiring a full-time Guest Service Agent for Ibis Adelaide to be the warm, welcoming first point of contact at the front desk, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering guest questions, coordinating with other hotel teams, and using local knowledge to wow guests. Success here hinges on a big personality, exceptional communication, multitasking, and a proactive service mindset, plus computer literacy and familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar PMS. Previous guest service or hotel reception experience is ideal but not essential. Our Guest Service Agents are a key position and the first point of call for our guests when they arrive. You will be checking guests in and out, handling enquiries from in house guests and helping to maintain our hotel as the busiest in town, chat with our guests to ensure a sense of welcome and belonging. You will be a guru of local knowledge to help every guest get the most out of their stay, all whilst listening out for all opportunities to wow our guests when they least expect it.
