Minor Hotels is hiring a casual Guest Service Agent for Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel and Oaks Mackay Carlyle Suites to greet guests, manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, and provide recommendations. You will handle reservations in a property management system, communicate across channels, and act as the main point of contact during a guest’s stay, with rotating shifts that include weekends and morning or evening slots. The ideal candidate has hotel or customer service experience, excellent communication, a proactive service mindset, and a polished presentation.
