Pullman Adelaide is seeking a proactive full-time Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team. You'll deliver quality check-in/out experiences, handle guest accounts, uphold security procedures, operate the switchboard and messaging, and support reservations sales with product knowledge to maximise revenue. The role requires prior front office experience, top notch telephone manners, excellent communication and time management, a positive team mindset, and professional grooming. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and a PMS such as Opera Cloud is desirable; full Australia working rights and flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends are essential.
