Guest Services Assistant
Civeo has a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Services Assistant to join one of the newest villages in our portfolio based in Moranbah. This is a Casual opportunity, offering great lifestyle flexibility to provide support as required to the team, including assisting on busy days and covering leave. This role is best suited to a local candidate, however if you live nearby and able to commute at short notice then we'd love to hear from you too!
This position is responsible for our site's administration needs, such as:
- Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
- Performing check in/out
- Preparing reports
- Conducting general admin and retail duties

About You:
- Relevant work experience in accommodation/administration
- Experience using accommodation software packages.
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Team player with great communication
- Customer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
