Role Overview
Lead and scale the Hair Department as a high-revenue luxury business unit, owning quality, sales performance, team structure, and external growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, structure, and lead senior and junior hair talent
- Enforce service standards (color, balayage, treatments, cutting, styling)
- Drive upselling, packages, rebooking, and average ticket growth
- Work with marketing on hair content, campaigns, and influencer activity
- Build partnerships with product brands, wedding planners, and fashion players
- Support off-site services, VIP styling, and event activations
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and retail performance
Requirements
- Strong experience leading a hair department in Dubai
- Proven sales and KPI ownership (ticket size, rebooking, upsell)
- Deep technical hair knowledge plus leadership mindset
- Confident communicator with luxury clientele
