TRIUMPH in Valencia is hiring a full-time Hand Finisher Deburr for 2nd shift, onsite. The role requires hand finishing production parts by deburring and removing surface defects per blueprints and work instructions, selecting abrasives, operating equipment, inspecting dimensions and finish, and preparing parts for plating or shipping. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of deburring processes, and familiarity with MRP software; the ability to work with little supervision and read blueprints is essential. The position pays $22.52 to $29.00 per hour plus a $2.50 2nd shift differential. Summary: Independently hand-finishes production parts by deburring and other methods and removes excess metal and surface defects from such items as hardware, material, assembled parts, etc. prior to plating or shipping by performing the following duties per blueprint and work instruction requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)
Selects abrasive belt or wheel according to grain size, type of finish specified, product being polished, or amount of metal to be removed.
Attaches wheel or belt to drive mechanism.
Starts equipment and manipulates workpiece against abrasive wheel or portable wheel against workpiece to remove metal and surface defects.
Examines part for acceptability of dimensions and finish.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MRP Manufacturing software.
