An onsite Ashburton role with Triton Hearing, part of Sonova, supporting TeleAudiology services and running the Ashburton clinic with a focused approach. You will support tele-audiology appointments, perform hearing aid repairs with training, manage the diary and reception, process insurance and government claims, run CRM reports, and help with local marketing. The right candidate loves helping people, communicates confidently with the public, and can juggle tasks in a busy clinic while wanting to train as a Tele Assistant. About the role:
This is a varied role that will support TeleAudiology for our Ashburton clinic and assist with the overall smooth running of TeleAudiology consultations. You'll be working with our Tele-Audiologists to provide care for our clients in our busy Ashburton clinic. You’ll be helping provide quality hearing assessments and hearing aid fitting services, client referrals for treatment of hearing related problems while providing service excellence.
You will also provide outstanding client service to our community and facilitate an excellent client journey while being responsible for the efficient administrative running of the clinic.
