Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bartender to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Head Bartender, you will lead our bar operations, create innovative cocktails, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee bar operations, ensuring excellence in drink preparation and customer service
- Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with our brand concept
- Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, fostering a collaborative environment
- Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations
- Stay current with global mixology trends and implement innovative techniques
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious food and beverage pairings
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in industry events and competitions to enhance the bar's reputation and stay connected with the mixology community
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of bar equipment and work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bartending experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
