Minor Hotels is seeking a full time Head Chef for Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort in Caloundra to lead the kitchen, drive menu development and ensure top quality, presentation, hygiene and service. You’ll mentor the team, manage food costs and inventory, maintain WHS and HACCP compliance, and continuously seek efficiency and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, has proven head chef or senior kitchen leadership experience in a hotel or high volume setting, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication and financial acumen. Be prepared to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner with weekend and public holiday rosters and an immediate start.
