Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high‑quality Italian kitchen at Madinat Jumeirah. You will own full kitchen operations from menu development and seasonal creativity to production standards and guest satisfaction, while driving profit through food cost control, inventory discipline and P&L support. Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance and maintain equipment, while mentoring talent through coaching and formal training. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and marketing to grow revenue and strengthen brand.
